- Revert to the exact code from before today's session (curtain-reveal back to its 0.0.16 logic, and the shared Lenis/GSAP setup fix reverted). Today's changes, while individually tested, ended up causing regressions on other sites using these plugins (a layout gap on a different client site). Rolling everything back to the known-good state while a safer approach is worked out separately, away from live sites.
