For regression coverage, drive the same behavior through an eval, or keep channel logic deterministic in <code>agent/lib/</code> and unit-test it there. When something looks wrong, read the session&#39;s <code>events.ndjson</code>. The stream is the record of what happened.</p><p>For GitHub specifically, don&#39;t hand-roll fixtures. <code>agent-sdk github replay</code> synthesizes real-shaped, signed payloads from any PR you can read.
