If `--api-key` is omitted, Prodex reads `DEEPSEEK_API_KEY`. This path injects a temporary `prodex-deepseek` Codex provider, exposes a local `/v1/responses` adapter to Codex, forwards to DeepSeek's OpenAI-format chat API, and keeps quota preflight/account rotation disabled. Prodex also injects a one-model Codex catalog for the selected DeepSeek model, so `/model` stays on that model and offers the DeepSeek-compatible `high`/`xhigh` effort choices. The Super optional tools still run normally because they are local launch overlays around Codex.
