+3. **Plan** — show the user the table from `pipeline.json`: intent, steps, skipped, humanGates.
+4. **Intent retro** — if `intent === "retro"`, run `/technical-retro` and **stop**.

On `/task-continue`, run the installed chain hook `end_human_gate` action (or wrapper) so `human_gate_ended` lands before the next attempt. Do not calculate durations in agents.
