+# Small Business Japan Plugin
+
+Small Business Japan は、日本の中小企業オーナー・個人事業主のために作られた、Claude Code 向けの日本版 Small Business プラグインです。Anthropic のオープンソース Small Business plugin と同じ考え方を引き継ぎながら、日本の実務で使いやすいように、自然な日本語で相談できる入口、15個の業務コマンド、15個の出力ルール、すぐ試せる基本スキルを用意しています。

+このプラグインが大切にしているのは、**外部に何かを送る・投稿する・支払う・申請する・更新する・共有する前に、必ずオーナーの確認で止まること**です。Claude Code が勝手に送信したり、支払いを実行したり、申請を出したりする前提ではありません。あくまで、あなたが判断しやすいように資料を整理し、下書きや確認メモを作るためのものです。

+### データの扱い
+
+このプラグインは銀行 CSV、請求書 PDF、顧客メール、貼り付けた事業情報をもとに動きます。これらには個人情報、顧客情報、機密情報が含まれることがあります。
+
+利用している AI ツールや組織のデータ利用ポリシーに従い、不要な情報は削除してください。パスワードや API キー、プライベートリポジトリの内容、社内専用 URL は貼り付けないでください。
+
+## はじめに必要なもの
+
+まずは `/smb-onboard-jp` を実行するか、Claude に「初期設定して」と頼んでください。
+
+Small Business Japan でいう「つなぐ」は、必ずしもリアルタイム連携だけを意味しません。CSVを出力して渡す、PDFをアップロードする、表を貼り付ける、メールのやり取りをコピーする、といった使い方も含みます。リアルタイム連携は便利ですが、必須ではありません。
+
+**最初に用意すると便利なもの**は、次の3種類です。

+すべてをそろえる必要はありません。まずは、1つの出力データ、1つのアップロードファイル、1つの貼り付け文から始められるように設計されています。

+## 出力されるもの
+
+v0 は **memo-only** です。つまり、Claude Code は特定ツールへそのまま取り込むCSV、請求書発行用ファイル、会計仕訳データ、CRM更新ファイル、送信準備済みメールファイルを作りません。
+
+出力できるものは、次のような確認用の資料です。

+抽出できそうな項目、足りない情報、リスクや専門家へ確認すべき点は、上記の資料の中の一部として表示します。それだけを独立した成果物として出すことはしません。

+もしオーナーが特定ツール向けのCSVを求めた場合は、CSVそのものではなく、項目の対応関係をまとめたメモを作ります。実際の取り込みは、オーナーと必要な専門家が確認したうえで、対象ツール内で行ってください。
+
+## 動き方
+
+Small Business Japan は、3つの層で動きます。
+

+難しいコマンド名を覚える必要はありません。自然な日本語や英語で相談すると、Claude が近い業務の流れを選び、最小限必要な情報だけを聞きます。

+Commands は、複数の Skills を組み合わせた業務の流れです。どのコマンドも、外部への送信・投稿・支払い・更新・共有の前に止まる設計です。

+Small Business Japan は、経営判断を代わりに行うものではありません。日々の情報を整理し、確認すべき点を見えるようにして、オーナーと専門家が判断しやすくするための実務補助ツールです。

+## 参照根拠とコントリビューション
+
+各スキルのアウトプット定義には、日本の税務・労務・法務・行政手続きに関する**参照根拠と調査日**が同梱されています（`outputs/*/research/` フォルダ）。国税庁・厚生労働省・法務省などの一次資料を確認したうえで、「Research checked」の日付が 180 日を超えた場合は内容を参照する前にアップデートが必要かどうか確認してください。
