- **`form-popover-ui`'s trigger summary adopts `select-ui[summary-label]`'s ruled format** (gh#474, reported from the adiav2 admin filter bar). Two components solved the same multi-select-trigger problem two ways: this module read `"{label} · N selected"` / `"{label} · N total"`, while `select-ui[summary-label]` (gh#442) implements the operator-ruled contract — one selection shows its own label, more show `"Label (N)"`, none shows the placeholder. A consumer following the ruling therefore could not swap its hand-rolled composition for this module without regressing the trigger. The module now speaks the same language: none checked → the bare `{label}` (which doubles as the placeholder, since `[label]` is required here), exactly one → that `check-ui`'s own label, more → `{label} (N)`. Breaking for the summary TEXT only — `summary-change`'s `detail: { selected, total }` is unchanged, and the module is still `experimental` with no known consumers on the old format. Tests 9 → 11.
