Since we cache Geocoder responses in Redis, a recent change to the underlying Redis ruby client forced us to implement our own `#[]` and `#[]=` methods on the cache store we're using for Geocoder. The order of arguments has been fixed, and newly cached Geocoder responses should be properly formatted and evicted at the right time.

In some cases, `Payment::Profile.lookup` returns an invalid record, which causes problems down the line when an OMS or something needs to read information stored in the profile record, and now that record cannot be found. What is actually happening is that the profile _was_ successfully created, but `.lookup` is not written to use the pre-existing profile and instead tries to generate a new one. When this fails, when we get issues like the `Payment#profile_id` referencing a record that doesn't actually exist. To remedy this, we've updated how `Payment::Profile.lookup` works to always find by the `PaymentReference#id`, and automatically update email if we're creating a new record.

Although the application server for Workarea applications has its global time zone configured, the Calendar view for releases will pick the time zone that the user is currently in and render dates/times in that particular locality. However, this caused issues when time zones were vastly different between client and server, wherein we discovered that daylight savings time was being factored into the time offset twice, both on the client-side by JavaScript and on the server-side by Rails' time zone enhancements to Ruby. This has been fixed by always specifying the standard timezone offset, and then based on DST, reconciling in the extra hour lost/gained on the server-side only.

However, the gem now configures this asset finder after we are configuring our own, making that conditional configuration no longer possible. We're now only setting `InlineSvg.config.asset_finder` if the asset finder hasn't already been set.

When setting `Rails.application.config.time_zone` to eastern time, some tests surrounding deprecated order queries were failing because they're not converting to the Rails timezone. Adding `#in_timezone` to each of the dates put them in the correct timezone, causing the query to find the correct data and tests to pass once again.

The alert for missing variants renders a different number than what is actually on the page. The link to the results of this query tacks on an additional `?status=active` flag to filter out products that are inactive. This is inconsistent with the number displayed on the alert, which has no condition. Since products missing variants are by default inactive, we are removing this additional param as it serves no purpose anymore. The amount of products with missing variants in the alert and the amount of products on the results page are now equal.
