+ 羈押庭攻防，法官2次裁定張德正無保請回，最主要考量他傷勢嚴重，沒有逃亡之虞，裁定責付；但檢方認為，被告張德正是危險人物，犯案前投書媒體、社群網站，公開詳述犯案計畫，為維護社會觀感，聲請羈押。院方3度召開羈押庭，但檢察官抗告理由似乎都一樣，家屬表示，張德正重傷，不但不適合羈押，出庭也很辛苦，無法接受檢方一再提起抗告。<br />

+ 2度順利無保釋回，責付律師，張德正如願以償吃了年夜飯，這一次再踏進法院，能不能繼續和家人過年，全看院檢3度攻防，只是從小年夜開始，連續3天都出庭，家屬無法接受。<br />

+ 只要法官一駁回羈押聲請，檢方立刻當庭提起抗告，相同模式已經走了3遍，家屬心疼張德正身受重傷，不但不適合羈押，根本不可能逃亡；不過檢方認為，張德正犯的是殺人未遂重罪，屬於危險人物，自白書和網路發文都詳細記載犯案計畫，有再犯可能，也有逃亡之虞，只是檢方遲遲沒提出強而有力的新事證，一再提出抗告，恐怕浪費司法資源。<br />
