+Kernel#commander sugar wrapper for Open4::spawn
+
+Syntax:

+    commander(command, option=>value, option=>value, ...)
+
+Example:

+    #=> Open4::spawn('ls',:stdout=>'',:stderr=>'')
+    #=> 'ls', {}, status, stdout, stderr
+
+Any options will be sent along to the spawn method.
+
