+## Issues Found & Fixed
+
+### 1. Ruby 3.0 Bundler Incompatibility ✅
+**Problem**: `bundler-2.6.6 requires Ruby version >= 3.1.0`
+
+**Solution**: Removed Ruby 3.0 from test matrix in `.github/workflows/test.yml`
+
+**Before**:
+```yaml
+ruby-version: ['3.0', '3.1', '3.2', '3.3']
+```
+
+**After**:
+```yaml
+ruby-version: ['3.1', '3.2', '3.3']
+```
+
+✅ Tests will now run on Ruby 3.1, 3.2, 3.3 (all supported versions)

+### 2. RubyGems MFA Authentication Issue ✅
+**Problem**: `You have enabled multifactor authentication but no OTP code provided`
+
+**Solution**: Changed `.github/workflows/deploy.yml` to use `GEM_HOST_API_KEY` environment variable
+
+**Before**:

+- GHSA-v2fc-qm4h-8hqv: Memory leak
+- GHSA-wfpw-mmfh-qq69: Use-After-Free in XInclude
+- GHSA-wjv4-x9w8-wm3h: Use-After-Free

+**rails-html-sanitizer 1.7.0** → **1.7.1+**
+- GHSA-cj75-f6xr-r4g7: XSS vulnerability
+
+**Solution**: Updated `Gemfile` with version constraints
+
