+In a call to `image_tag` Rails will set the `alt` attribute to the filename by default.
+This gem sets an empty `alt` attribute unless it's already been set.

+## Installation

+Add this line to your application's Gemfile:

+
+And then execute:
+
+    $ bundle
+
+Or install it yourself as:
+
+    $ gem install image_tag_silent_alt
+
