I do recommend making the cake the day before, cooling the layers, then freezing or refrigerating them overnight. The cake was very easy to work with after this and frosting was very easy. The bunny was so cute that it was hard for me to cut it up and serve people. I served it with green coconut and jelly beans for decoration. </p>

Easy. <br><br>Just a note...I was reading the reviews and saw that someone (in 2012 recommended that you put the cake in the frig so it's nice and cool when you frost it. Not a good idea to frost a cold cake. Just like a cold glass tends to sweat when it greets the warm air of your home, so will your cake. Though it might be OK, all your hard work will usually begin a gradual slide right off the cake. :-( Not fun. </p>
