+This PyPI project exists to hold the name `bimforge`. It is not the software.
+
+**bimforge** is a standalone CAD/BIM toolkit — DXF → IFC → takeoff pipeline,
+plan-sheet measurement, sheet production — distributed as a wheel bundled with
+the [estimating-platform](https://github.com/BrandonLewis/estimating-plugin)
+Claude Code plugins (`calc-bim`, `estimating-core`). It is not published here.
+
+Installing this project gives you a stub that raises on import. If you reached
+it expecting the toolkit, get it from the plugins instead.
