+Every 4xx/5xx raises `AgentiSendError` carrying `code`, `message`, `fix`,
+`docs_url`, `status`, `retry_after_seconds` (from Retry-After when present)
+and `request_id`. A response that is not the documented envelope raises
+`AgentiSendTransportError`.
+
