"content": "<p align='left'>Conformément aux obligations issues de l'<a href='/affichCodeArticle.do?cidTexte=LEGITEXT000006072050&idArticle=LEGIARTI000006901738&dateTexte=&categorieLien=cid'>article L. 2241-1 et suivants du code du travail</a>, la confédération nationale de la boulangerie et boulangerie pâtisserie française et les organisations syndicales de salariés se sont réunies et ont décidé de l'augmentation du salaire horaire minimum de la profession en modifiant les valeurs des points et des constantes, comme le prévoit l'article 10 de la convention collective nationale et de la rémunération annuelle brute des personnels d'encadrement en forfait jour, prévue par l'<a href='/affichIDCCArticle.do?cidTexte=KALITEXT000005688564&idArticle=KALIARTI000038678776&categorieLien=cid'>article 3 de l'avenant n° 97</a> de la convention collective nationale.<br/><p> <br/>\nCompte tenu de la composition de la branche constituée pour la très grande part d'entreprises de moins de 50 salariés, cet avenant ne comporte pas de disposition particulière pour ces entreprises et s'applique à toutes les entreprises entrant dans le champ d'application de la convention collective nationale quel que soit leur effectif.</p>",
