+**Finding:** Even the professor the system is modeled on finds room organization stressful. File structure IS the orchestration, but users don't want to think about file structure.

+**Finding:** Leah intuitively understood room separation. Lawrence mixed things. The system needs to proactively detect topic drift and suggest new rooms.

+#### 3. New Terminal / New Session Confusion (Leah)

+**Finding:** macOS admin restrictions + Claude Code installation creates recurring friction. Users need a one-click way to start fresh.
