To support that safely outside git checkouts, `inline_forms.gemspec` now falls back to globbed file lists when `.git` is absent (instead of shelling out to `git ls-files` unconditionally), while keeping the warning cleanup (`required_ruby_version`, bounded runtime deps, deprecated `rubyforge_project` removal, and executables limited to `inline_forms`).
