+# date_filter
+
+This is basically the simplest rails plugin ever.  It is mainly an example of creating your own Rails plugins.
+
+DateFilter adds `newest` and `oldest` methods to ActiveRecord.  These methods are used like `first` and `last` except they are automatically orded by `created_at`.
