# Apm
2
+
3
+
Arduino Package Manager aims to be a simple, helpful and easy to use command-line tool or manage libraries and other stuf of Arduino software. For now it only is able to manage libraries. This tool let you install new libs, list the installed libs and other useful information, create new libs and bundle it into package.
4
+
The remote services are not availabe now, I need to colect some money to mantain the service (server mostly) in the future. But as test the official packages are availabe to download and isntall.
5
+
6
+
This application is inspired in the Ruby (gem) package system and distribution.
7
+
It is olso written in Ruby.

## Development
65
+
66
+
After checking out the repo, run `bin/setup` to install dependencies. Then, run `rake test` to run the tests. You can also run `bin/console` for an interactive prompt that will allow you to experiment. Run `bundle exec apm` to use the gem in this directory, ignoring other installed copies of this gem.
67
+
68
+
To install this gem onto your local machine, run `bundle exec rake install`. To release a new version, update the version number in `version.rb`, and then run `bundle exec rake release`, which will create a git tag for the version, push git commits and tags, and push the `.gem` file to [rubygems.org](https://rubygems.org).
